Game of Skill: The Moneyball Fall Shootout Tournament (“Tournament”) is a game of skill. It is not a random drawing sweepstakes.
Use of Data: Personal data is collected in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at popashot.net/policies/privacy-policy specifically and only as it relates to Pop-A-Shot marketing.
Participation at Own Risk: Entrants acknowledge inherent sports hazards, natural factors, and assume all risks. Do not attempt game play beyond your skill level.
1. Sponsor
Pop-A-Shot Enterprises LLC, 918 SW Adams Street, Peoria, IL 61602. Sponsor decisions are final and legally binding in all respects and not subject to review in any forum.
2. Eligibility
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Tournament suppliers, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
3. Timing, Divisions & Registration Fee
Entry fee is $25 per participant upon registering. Two Divisions: Open Division (men and women) and Women’s Division.
*Women’s Division Minimum: A minimum of twelve (12) Players are required in the Women’s Division to activate it. If eliminated, all entrant fees paid in this division will be fully refunded.
3a & 3b. Phase #1 (Seeding Window): Oct 19 – 22
- Runs Monday, Oct 19 at 12:01 a.m. ET to Thursday, Oct 22 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Top 64 Open Division and Top 16 Women’s Division advance to Phase #2.
- Play on any Pop-A-Shot Elite machine. Player pays any required local venue fee.
- Create profile at app.popashot.net, toggle "Tournament Mode", select "Standard" game mode, and scan QR code before playing.
- Mandatory Video: Must clearly show starting with six (6) balls, arcade game screen, and final score for entire gameplay. Direct upload or unlisted YouTube/Google Drive links accepted.
- Unlimited plays allowed during seeding; single highest verified score determines seed.
4. Seeding & Bracket Advancement
Top 64 Open and Top 16 Women’s seeded #1 to lowest based on highest score (#1 plays #64, #2 plays #63, etc.). Unsubmitted rounds are marked as forfeits. Machine, power, or internet malfunctions during play still count as an official Game Play.
5. Phase #2 (Single Elimination Bracket): Oct 23 – 25
- Runs Friday, Oct 23 at 12:01 a.m. ET to Sunday, Oct 25 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Open Division qualifiers must submit exactly 6 consecutive new game plays. Women’s Division must submit exactly 4 consecutive new game plays.
- Scores count chronologically: Game 1 score = Round 1 score, Game 2 = Round 2 score, and so on.
- 3rd Place Shootout: The two semi-finalists who do not advance to the championship will match up in a third place game using their final bracket play game score to determine the third place winner ($100).
- Full video record starting with 6 balls is required for every bracket game.
6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Total prize purse of $1,700 awarded by check in the name of the Winner:
- Grand Prize (1 per Division): $500
- Second Prize (1 per Division): $250
- Third Prize (1 per Division): $100
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Winners are responsible for any applicable local, state, and federal taxes and fees.
7. Results Reveal & Winner Announcements
Starting Monday, Oct 26, Sponsor reveals one round per day online. Division winners announced on or about Monday, Nov 2, 2026. Potential winners must confirm legal name and address within three (3) calendar days of notification or forfeit.
8, 9 & 10. Intellectual Property, Releases & Publicity
Entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual worldwide license to broadcast and display submissions, game videos, and likeness for advertising without compensation. Entrants release Tournament Entities from all liability, injury, or damages.
11, 12 & 13. Administration, Liability & Illinois Jurisdiction
Author and independent administrator: Compliance Framework Associates (CFA Promo).
All disputes must be resolved individually (no class actions) exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois, under Illinois law, limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorney's fees).
