1. Roster & Eligibility

• Team Structure: Teams consist of four (4) core players plus the option for one (1) designated substitute.
• Roster Lock: All team rosters must be finalized before official regular season play begins. No roster additions are permitted after the deadline.
• Playoff Sub Restriction: Substitutes are ineligible to compete in the Playoffs. Only core rostered players may shoot in Playoff matches.
• Location Limit (Max 2 Locations): Teams may play from up to two (2) separate home setups maximum (e.g., 3 players at Location A and 1 player at Location B).

2. Schedule & Match Timelines

• League Week: An official league week runs from Monday at 12:00 AM PST through Sunday at 11:59 PM PST.
• Flex Scheduling: Matches can be shot on your home machine at any time during the active league week.
• Submission Deadline: All scores and required verification videos must be uploaded to the official Pop-A-Shot portal by Sunday at 11:59 PM PST. Late submissions will not count.

3. Gameplay Specs & Machine Rules

• Game Setting: All official league games must be played on Game Mode 1 (30 seconds standard time, 15 seconds bonus time 1, 10 seconds bonus time 2).
• Weekly Quota: Each active player shoots and submits two (2) official league games per week.
• Ball Limits & Standards: Dual Hoop Units (e.g., Home Dual Official): Maximum of 7 balls per game. Single Hoop Units: Maximum of 4 balls per game. All games must use official Pop-A-Shot basketballs properly inflated.
• Display Score: The score registered on the machine console during video verification is final.

4. Video Verification

• Submission Portal: Videos must be uploaded directly to the provided Pop-A-Shot league portal before the Sunday deadline.
• 100% Video Proof: Players must submit video proof for both (2) weekly games.
• Framing Requirements: Footage must clearly show the shooter, the game timer, and the final LED score display.

5. Scoring & Match Results

• Weekly Team Total: A team's weekly score is the combined sum of all four active core players' 2 submitted games (8 total scores).
• Forfeits: Teams failing to submit required scores receive a Loss for that week's matchup.
• Match Tiebreaker: If two teams tie on total points, the win goes to the team with the highest single game score recorded by any player that week.

6. Playoff Format & Seeding

• Division Placement: Teams are seeded into skill-matched divisions (D1, D2, D3) based on Pre-Season performance.
• Playoff Qualification: The top four (4) teams in each division advance to the playoffs based on overall Win/Loss record.
• Standings Tiebreaker: Tied records are decided by total cumulative points scored across the regular season.
• Playoff Schedule: Week 7: Semifinals (#1 vs #4, #2 vs #3). Week 8: Championship Final.
