DR. HEKYLL IS TAKING OVER ELITE
A NEW BOSS HAS EMERGED
It all started when Mr. Pop ate some questionable Halloween candy. Maybe it was the red dye, maybe it was the 1981 expiration date, but something went terribly wrong, mutating him into Dr. Hekyll, a giant, loudmouthed monster who can't keep his opinions to himself.
Dr. Hekyll is way too powerful for a single shooter to take down alone. Defeating him requires a dedicated team of sharp shooters.
Starting November 2, through November 9, it’s time to gather your squad, head to your local Elite, and take him down together.

HOW TO DEFEAT DR. HEKYLL
This mission isn't about solo glory, it’s about rallying your local crew to take down a juggernaut.
1. Head to Your Local Elite Machine
Scan your personal QR code on any Pop-A-Shot Elite machine to log in, select the updated Beat the Boss game mode, and start putting up points.
2. Every Buckets Counts Toward 10,000
Dr. Hekyll’s health bar is set at 10,000 cumulative points per machine. Every game played under your venue’s machine builds your location’s overall score toward the target.
3. Team effort recommended
Unless you've got a bionic shoulder, 10,000 points is not a solo effort. You need your venue’s regulars, casuals, and weekend crews to step up and stack scores on the same machine.
THE REWARDS & GRAND PRIZE
EARN 10 LIMITED-EDITION JACK-O'-LANTERN BALLS
When a location hits 10,000 points and totally depletes Dr. Hekyll's health bar, that venue earns 10 Limited-Edition Jack-O'-Lantern Pop-A-Shot Balls! (First-come, first-served while supplies last)
THE GRAND PRIZE: CHOOSE THE NEXT BOSS
The single venue machine that deals the most total damage (scores the most cumulative points on Beat the Boss game mode) nationwide between Nov 2 and Nov 9 wins the grand prize: Picking the next Boss for our 2027 game update! Name a local regular, your venue mascot, or a legendary local figure, it’s entirely up to you. We'll work with you on how to best implement them into the game.
