Yes! Dual-hoop co-op play is permitted for home game submissions. Both players can shoot simultaneously to hit 164+.

Can two people team up on an Elite arcade machine?

No. Elite machines are single-hoop units and must be played solo.

BEAT THE BOSS CHALLENGE – OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES & CONTEST RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Location: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Primary Entrant / Submitter: Video submissions must be submitted by an adult 18 years of age or older (or a minor aged 13–17 with explicit parental/guardian permission).
  • Home Track Players (Solo & Co-Op): Players featured in Home Game video submissions, whether playing solo or as 2-player co-op teammates, may be of any age (including children under 13), provided the video is submitted on their behalf by a parent, legal guardian, or adult primary entrant.
  • Household Limit: Strictly limited to one (1) Red, White & Blue Ball and one (1) Classic Leather Ball per household across the entire promotion.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

  • Start Date & Time: Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00:00 PM EDT.
  • End Date & Time: Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM EDT.

All videos and scores must be submitted/logged within this window to qualify.

3. HOW TO ENTER, GAME MODES & TRACKS

TRACK A: HOME GAME TRACK (90 Classic Leather Balls)

  • Equipment: Must be played on an official Pop-A-Shot Home unit.
  • Required Game Mode: Must be played on Game Mode 1 (30 seconds of regular time + 15 seconds of 1st bonus time + 10 seconds of 2nd bonus time).
  • Format: Solo play OR 2-player co-op play on a dual-hoop unit. Both single-player games and dual-player simultaneous co-op games are fully permitted on Game Mode 1. Players of any age may participate.
  • Prize Allocation: The first 90 verified submissions scoring 164 points or higher win a guaranteed Leather Championship Ball.
  • Submission Requirements: Video must show a continuous, unedited game displaying the player(s) and a clear, readable view of the score display at the buzzer.

TRACK B: ARCADE / ELITE TRACK (90 Red, White & Blue Balls)

  • Equipment: Must be played on an official Pop-A-Shot Elite arcade unit.
  • Required Game Mode: Must be played on Standard Game Mode (40 seconds of regular time + 15 seconds of bonus time).
  • Format: Single-player only.
  • Guaranteed Tier (30 Balls): The first 30 verified app-logged scores of 164 points or higher in a single game win a guaranteed Red, White & Blue Ball.
  • Raffle Entry Tiers (60 Balls): Verified app-logged scores under 164 earn entries into the random drawing:
    - Gold (120+ Score): 3 Raffle Entries per logged game.
    - Silver (100+ Score): 2 Raffle Entries per logged game.
    - Bronze (80+ Score): 1 Raffle Entry per logged game.
  • Replay Limit: Unlimited game logs are allowed to stack raffle entries.

4. VIDEO SUBMISSION PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS (HOME TRACK ONLY)

Destination: All home video submissions must be uploaded via the web portal or emailed directly to Jack@popashot.net during the Contest Period.

Required Information: Submissions must contain:

  • Full Legal Name of Submitter (and featured player name/age if submitted by a parent)
  • Physical Shipping Address (no P.O. Boxes)
  • Contact Email Address
  • Final Score Recorded

Verification: Pop-A-Shot reserves the right to reject submissions deemed edited, doctored, obstructed, played on non-qualifying game modes, or played on modified/tampered equipment.

5. MEDIA RIGHTS & LICENSE

By submitting a video entry, the submitter grants Pop-A-Shot a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, publish, broadcast, and display the video footage across official social media channels, promotional emails, marketing materials, and website leaderboards without additional compensation.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZE FULFILLMENT

  • Verification & Drawing: Guaranteed Platinum/Home winners and random arcade raffle winners will be finalized within 5 business days following the contest close.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address used for their submission or app login. Failure to respond to a claim notification within 7 days may result in forfeiture.
  • Shipping: Prizes will ship directly to verified home addresses within 2–3 weeks of contest conclusion.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pop-A-Shot is not responsible for technical failures, faulty equipment, lost or delayed email submissions, app connection errors, or network errors. Fraudulent entries or attempts to bypass game mechanics will result in immediate disqualification. Void where prohibited by law.
