What is the lead time for a customized game?

Upon approval of your designed Pop-A-Shot, it may take ≈ two weeks in production and shipping. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. For inquiries on lead time given your circumstances, please reach out to our customer service team before purchasing. On average, we recommend purchasing at least three weeks before your in-hands date - unless a bulk order.

Do I need to design my own backboard?

You do not! While we do have templates available for you to design the backboard yourself, we have an in-house graphic design team that can work with you to get the look you desire. Upon purchasing, you will be able to communicate with our team the vision you have and additionally any image files you own that you would like to appear on the customized game. Our team with create mockups until your approval. Upon approval, the game will go into production.

What's customizable on a Pop-A-Shot?

While it may vary by game model, all backboards are fully customizable. Colors for the ball return ramp and basketballs for certain models can be switched out - though there may be an additional cost applied.

On the Pro Dual Shot and Pro Single Shot, you have the option to upgrade your game to include customized front and side panels for additional graphics.

Is shipping free?

Yes, all orders through popashot.net are free - unless expedited or international shipping is requested. If you are need of expedited or international shipping, please reach out to our customer service team to review your options and pricing.

Who can I contact for a bulk order?

If you are looking to purchase ten or more customized games, please reach out to our customer service team or else fill out our inquiry form here for custom pricing.

What happens after I purchase?

Within business hours, Pop-A-Shot will reach out to you through email to begin the customization process. From there, you will work with an in-house graphic designer to help in designing your perfect Pop-A-Shot. Please be prepared to describe the look you are striving for and share any imagery you'd like included on the game.

Can I use NBA and NCAA team logos on my custom game?

Please be advised that Pop-A-Shot will not print third-party trademarks, including logos & icons, without legally verifiable written permission.

If you are looking to have an NBA or NCAA logo on your customized game, you will need to reach out and receive written permissions and share it with us for verification. Please review our licensed NBA & NCAA series if interested.

How long does it take to build a Pop-A-Shot?

While it varies by game model, most Pop-A-Shot games can be built in 1-2 hours. For optimal building, a partner is recommended. Additionally, you can review our assembly videos to assist.

Is the Indoor & Outdoor Dual Shot customizable?

The Indoor & Outdoor Dual Shot is not customizable. All customized games are recommended to stay indoors to keep the games safe from weather conditions.
