1. Sponsor
The “Your Bar Needs a Pop-A-Shot” promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Pop-A-Shot, Inc., Peoria, Illinois (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 8, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
a. Voter Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
b. Venue Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a prize, a nominated venue must:
- Be located within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States;
- Be a commercial venue such as a bar, restaurant, arcade, entertainment venue, or similar establishment;
- Already operate at least one coin-operated or pay-to-play amusement or entertainment device (e.g., arcade game, pinball machine, dartboard, jukebox);
- Be legally permitted to accept, install, and operate a Pop-A-Shot Elite game;
- Obtain approval from the Operator (whether third-party or self-operated) prior to prize fulfillment.
Hotels, hotel lobbies, residential buildings, private homes, or non-commercial locations are not eligible.
Final determination of venue and Operator eligibility will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
4. How to Participate
a. Voting
During the Promotion Period, individuals may vote for nominated venues online at PopAShot.net/pages/your-bar-needs-a-pop-a-shot .
- Voters may vote for multiple venues.
- Voters may cast one (1) vote per venue per day.
- Voting resets daily at 12:00 AM CST.
- Votes must be submitted using an authentic, valid email address. Any invalid emails will be removed.
Sponsor’s systems will determine the official vote counts for all venues.
5. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any votes, voters, nominees, or venues that Sponsor determines to be using:
- Automated systems, bots, scripts, or bulk email accounts;
- Fake, disposable, or invalid email addresses;
- Vote manipulation, incentivized voting, or coordinated fraudulent behavior;
- Any activity that undermines the integrity or fair operation of the Promotion.
All decisions by Sponsor regarding eligibility, voting integrity, and rule interpretation are final and binding.
6. Winner Determination
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, votes will be tallied and subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
- The venue with the highest number of valid votes will be designated the First Place Location.
- The venues with the second and third highest number of valid votes will be designated the Second Place Location and Third Place Location, respectively.
Prizes are awarded to the qualified Operator servicing the winning location, not directly to the venue.
In the event of a tie affecting prize placement, the tied venue(s) will be selected by random draw conducted by Sponsor.
7. Prizes
a. First Place Prize
The qualified Operator servicing the First Place Location will receive:
- One (1) Pop-A-Shot Elite game
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,600
- Includes cost of the game and standard shipping to the winning venue within the contiguous United States.
b. Second Place Prize
The qualified Operator servicing the Second Place Location will receive:
- 50% off the purchase price of one (1) Pop-A-Shot Elite game
- Discount applies to game purchase only.
c. Third Place Prize
The qualified Operator servicing the Second Place Location will receive:
- 30% off the purchase price of one (1) Pop-A-Shot Elite game
- Discount applies to game purchase only.
d. Prize Conditions
- Prizes are awarded to the eligible Operator servicing the winning location, not directly to the venue.
- Prize placement at the nominated venue is subject to Operator approval.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted for cash.
- Installation, permits, taxes, electrical work, revenue share agreements, or any costs not expressly stated are the responsibility of the Operator and/or venue.
8. Venue Approval & Prize Acceptance
Before any prize is awarded, Sponsor must receive written confirmation that both:
- The venue owner approves installation; and
- The qualified Operator servicing that location accepts the prize and agrees to installation.
Failure to obtain required approvals may result in forfeiture of the prize, at Sponsor’s discretion.
If a location is deemed ineligible or declines participation, Sponsor may award the prize to the next highest vote-getting eligible location.
9. Publicity
By participating, voters and venues grant Sponsor the right to use the venue name, logo, likeness, photographs, and location for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted votes;
- Technical failures, website outages, or transmission errors;
- Unauthorized human intervention or technical malfunctions;
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
12. Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Illinois.
